This established security consultancy firm is entering a new growth phase with a clear strategy to scale significantly.

The MD – Cyber Security will work alongside the CEO to drive the next stage of expansion. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining business growth, client engagement, and technical credibility.

The role will see you managing and developing a team of security professionals, leading key client security assignments, building new service lines, and developing relationships across the UK CISO community in order to contribute directly to the growth strategy of the firm.

The successful candidate will be a security leader who combines technical credibility with commercial drive. You must have broad and deep expertise across InfoSec and Cyber Security, as well as proven senior leadership skills, with the gravitas to engage credibly at CISO and board level.

The successful candidate will bring a consultative, client-focused approach with a track record of building trusted relationships.

This is a rare opportunity to take a high-growth, specialist cyber business to the next level with support from a committed CEO and the freedom to shape strategy and execution.

Location: London with hybrid working (1-2 days in office)

Salary: interested to hear from candidates with a total comp (base + bonus) expectation up to £200,000.
