Zero Trust Network Access Delivery Lead required to join the largest multi-year cybersecurity transformation in the UK. You'll join a well-funded, multi-year transformation initiative focused on building modern cyber capabilities at scale. Working across enterprise architecture, identity, cloud, endpoint, and network security domains, you'll lead the transition from traditional perimeter-based security to a modern Zero Trust approach where identity, device posture, and contextual access controls govern every interaction.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on programme delivery and is ideal for someone who can operate confidently at executive level while also engaging deeply with architects, engineers, and operational IT teams. Reporting to the Head of Cyber Transformation Programme, the ZTNA Delivery Lead will define and execute the organisation's Zero Trust strategy and roadmap.
You'll be responsible for translating strategic objectives into practical architecture and scalable implementation plans, ensuring successful adoption across a highly federated and diverse technology landscape. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, programme governance expertise, architectural understanding, and the ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
- Align Zero Trust initiatives with broader cyber security and technology transformation objectives
- Establish sequencing and dependencies across identity, network, device, application, and data security domains
- Own and evolve the Zero Trust architecture across cloud, identity, endpoint, and network domains
- Develop scalable implementation blueprints, reference architectures, and governance models
- Continuously refine architecture and standards based on lessons learned and evolving business requirements
- Lead delivery of the ZTNA workstream end-to-end across strategy, design, and implementation phases
- Manage budgets, vendors, delivery risks, and cross-functional dependencies
- Partner with divisional IT and security teams to drive adoption and implementation
- Lead business adoption, communications, and change management activities
- Coordinate closely with identity, endpoint, cloud, and network transformation teams
- Manage dependencies across broader technology programmes including cloud migration, workplace transformation, and network modernisation
- Support operational transition into business-as-usual ownership models
Strong track record delivering large-scale cyber or technology transformation initiatives end-to-end. Ability to influence at executive level and sustain engagement across long-term transformation programmes.

- Exposure to OT/ICS security challenges and Zero Trust implementation within mixed IT/OT estates
- Experience within consulting, managed services, or enterprise transformation environments
- Programme management certifications such as PRINCE2 or MSP
