My client is a multifaceted financial services firm looking at adding 2 new lawyers to their team. The business is well established and continuing to grow, so it's a great time to join them.
Both roles sit on the capital markets side, and they have a need for a junior lawyer NQ-2 PQE and a more senior 3-5 PQE lawyer. Both will cover a variety of trading documents from ISDA, GMSLA, prime brokerage etc., but the more senior will lead on a few more specific projects around structuring.
The team works closely with the business, and you'll get a lot of exposure to front office and the chance to really develop and shine. They have a great record of advancing people, and the work will be varied and super interesting.
They need someone with a strong grounding in derivative/capital markets/structured products work who is really interested in working as part of a collaborative team in an in-house environment. The more senior hire will need to demonstrate an appreciation for the regulatory environment as well.
They offer a fantastic environment to work, a team that is really well regarded, and a company that is not just growing but absolutely thriving, so can offer a great place to have a career.
Sponsorship isn't available, and they need applicants to be common law qualified. Please submit your CV ASAP for consideration as the client will move quickly.
