ServiceNow & CMDB Specialist in Leeds

ServiceNow & CMDB Specialist required to own and improve Configuration Management Database, ensuring accurate, trusted data that supports IT service management and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB in line with best practice (eg CSDM)
• Define and enforce CMDB governance and data quality standards
• Configure and support discovery, service mapping, and integrations
• Maintain CI lifecycle and relationship accuracy
• Provide reporting and insights on CMDB health and compliance
• Act as the ServiceNow CMDB subject-matter expert

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience
• Solid understanding of ITIL Configuration Management
• Experience with CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills

Please Note : This role is fractional with 3-4 days per week commitment.
