Join a fast-growing, independent investment boutique specialising in liquid alternatives, now ~1 year into its journey. This is a front-office aligned role, working closely with the PM and offering direct exposure to investment decisions, fund activity, and strategy development from day one.

The Role

  • A broad, hands-on position supporting both the day-to-day running of the fund and ongoing systems/infrastructure build-out.
  • You’ll combine quantitative thinking with practical execution, gaining real investment exposure early.
  • Support fund operations (valuations, fees, processes)
  • Improve and automate workflows (systems/IT focus)
  • Work with internal & external stakeholders
  • Support the PM across structured products & cross-asset strategies
  • Contribute analytically (non-heavy modelling)

Your Background

  • 0–2 years’ experience
  • Finance experience preferred, but open to quantitative/technical backgrounds
  • Strong maths/statistics foundation
  • Highly organised, logical thinker
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical skills (Python/data/systems) beneficial
