    Financial Service firm seeks a highly skilled and motivated Insider Threat Lead to join. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and refining the firm’s insider threat program.

    As the Insider Threat Investigations Lead you’ll play a key role in developing, executing, and refining processes to detect, prevent, and respond to internal risks across the organisation. A critical part of this role involves engaging and managing relationships with Stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and awareness. You’ll regularly report key findings, trends, and risk insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Additionally, you’ll contribute to threat modelling initiatives and support the broader security intelligence function. A focus on continuous improvement is essential, as you’ll be expected to integrate lessons learned and apply industry best practices to strengthen the overall insider threat program.

    This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the London office, offering £110,000 base + £20,000 bonus!
