The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in risk management and operational resilience within a leading global business. You’ll be part of a collaborative risk team, supporting senior members while taking ownership of critical processes that keep the organisation strong and forward-looking.
Your work will span a wide variety of activities, including:
- Managing and maintaining risk registers, issues logs, and controls.
- Supporting the design, implementation, and review of risk management frameworks and processes.
- Assisting in the development of risk appetite and tolerance reporting.
- Driving effective use of risk management systems across the business.
- Playing an integral part in regulatory reporting cycles and stress testing.
- Researching and monitoring emerging risks and industry trends.
- Partnering with business stakeholders to strengthen operational resilience and ensure timely resolution of risk issues.
This role will give you the chance to work closely with senior risk professionals, contribute to strategic initiatives, and gain exposure across the business.
Your Experience
We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and passionate about risk management. You don’t need to know everything already — but you should bring:
- Experience working in risk, audit, compliance, or a related field (financial services or insurance background is a plus).
- A solid understanding of operational processes and risk frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot issues and propose improvements.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across all levels, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a desire to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and reporting would be advantageous, but not essential.
