My client is a financial services firm that operates between a tech firm and an asset manager and they are looking to add to their legal team. They are wanting to add a seasoned lawyer with around 8+ PQE who has exposure to the buy side ideally (they will consider wider FS) and has a broad corporate and commercial background. The team is made up of another 5 people in the UK so the person will be expected to cover a number of areas as needed but they are keen that someone has a good corporate grounding. This isn’t a job for an M&A deal junkie but more someone who wants a great team with a good breadth of work. It’s such a lovely group to join and the company can offer a fantastic environment and a friendly team. They are in 3 days a week. This could suit someone coming out of private practice or in house depending on their motivations. They can’t sponsor and will need you to be qualified in England & Wales to be considered. This is an urgent hire so please message me for details or submit your CV for consideration ASAP.
