Every day is different. You'd be responsible for data protection, information management and information and compliance activities. As well as dealing with student, partners and suppliers data daily.


Your expertise will help create a secure learning environment where young people can thrive.


They ask colleagues to work from their South London offices 3 days a week.


What you’ll do:

Ensure the data protection framework supports the highest standards of privacy and security. Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on best practices.

Oversee SARS, data breaches, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Deliver engaging training sessions to empower staff with the knowledge to handle data responsibly.

Collaborate with IT, legal, and safeguarding teams to embed privacy by design.

Conduct audits and risk assessments to strengthen data security and protect student information.


What you’ll bring:

Experience: Strong background in data protection, ideally in education or a multi-site organisation. Knowledge: Expertise in GDPR, DPA, and safeguarding considerations in handling children’s data.

Communication: Ability to engage with school leaders and staff, translating legal requirements into practical guidance.Problem-Solving: A proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing privacy risks and incidents.

Training & Awareness: Experience developing and delivering data protection training in an accessible way.


The role is hybrid, with 3 days a week in their South London office.
