Our client, a specialist bank, is hiring a Credit Analyst to support its UK Senior Credit team covering Fund Solutions transactions across the UK, Europe and the US. The role focuses on assessing and supporting credit decisions for fund finance structures including capital call, GP financing, NAV and secondary fund leverage.

Responsibilities

  • Review new transactions and produce clear, commercial credit opinions
  • Support senior credit committee discussions and documentation (summaries/minutes)
  • Complete annual reviews, amendments and facility increases
  • Deliver portfolio reporting and develop qualitative/quantitative analytics

Qualifications

  • Finance degree and/or ACA (or equivalent)
  • Strong credit/risk/transaction experience in banking/finance (Fund Finance and/or Leveraged Finance exposure preferred)
  • Confident financial statement analysis and understanding of fund/debt structures
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and MS Office skills

Working pattern: hybrid (4 days office / 1 day remote)
