Compliance Advisory Manager Location : London (hybrid, 3 days office) Salary : Up to senior AVP level + 25% bonus + benefits A leading UK insurer is hiring a Compliance Advisory Senior Manager to support second-line oversight of conduct risk, customer outcomes, and regulatory compliance across its commercial lines business. Key Responsibilities : Provide pragmatic regulatory advice across conduct and customer outcome matters Support implementation of regulatory change (e.g. Consumer Duty, pricing, SMCR) Represent compliance in governance forums and incident reviews Engage with first-line teams and senior stakeholders on compliance queries Maintain advisory tools (trackers, MI, KPIs) and deputise for the Head of Advisory Requirements : Significant experience in a second-line compliance advisory role Expertise in FCA regulations and understanding of PRA rulebook Background in general insurance, ideally commercial lines Ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex rules Benefits : Bonus up to 25% (performance & company split) Pension up to 13% with matching Private medical (optional) Strong internal mobility and leadership exposure please contact me ne@barclaysimpson.com for more information with your CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
