You’ll take ownership of the core banking platform and account model, steering its direction and making key decisions that directly impact scalability, compliance and commercial success. Working closely with engineering, risk, operations and vendors, you’ll deliver solutions that are customer-ready and future-proof.
This is a high-autonomy opportunity where you’ll run your own product area, shape strategy and influence how things are done. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team where product managers have real say in direction and execution. What you’ll do:
- Define and evolve the core banking platform and account model, making it scalable, well understood and aligned with product needs.
- Manage account structures, configuration and vendor relationships, while building internal expertise and documentation to reduce external dependency.
