Our client, a boutique bank located in the heart of the city, is looking to hire an assistant company secretary for a 12 month period. This position will see you be part of a small CoSec team, reporting directly into the company secretary. It offers a broad range of work from day one and will be perfectly suited for an individual with a few years of experience who is eager to come in and roll up their sleeves. The role is London based and will require someone who is happy to be in the city 3 days a week.
