Global firm seeks a SOC Service Manager to support the continued evolution and maturity of its Security Operations Centre capability. This is a strategic role focused on helping shape the future direction of the SOC, overseeing a key outsourced service provider and driving operational excellence across security operations.
The successful candidate will help define the strategic direction of the SOC, ensuring the function remains aligned with the wider cyber security roadmap. You will own the relationship with the outsourced SOC provider, oversee service delivery and play a key role in major incident escalation.
You will also drive improvements across SOC governance, processes and reporting, developing meaningful KPIs and metrics that provide clear insight into service performance and support the continued maturity of the function.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical SOC background who excels at service improvement and stakeholder management and is now looking to move into a more strategic, relationship-led role. The position is 4 days in office, in either Reading or Central London.
