Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesDiscovery & RequirementsDefine stakeholder map, governance, and reporting cadenceLead requirements gathering across security, cloud, audit, and complianceProduce aligned requirements (NIST/CIS) and target operating modelInitiate RAID log and audit/compliance engagementVendor SelectionDesign and run RFP process with structured evaluation criteriaManage vendor responses, demos, and scoring frameworksLead POCs (success criteria, engineering coordination, technical validation)Produce vendor recommendation and maintain decision logCommercial & GovernanceDrive procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor onboardingEnsure completion of Privacy Impact Assessment and Third-Party Security AssessmentCoordinate security assurance and ensure regulatory alignment (eg NIS2)Design, Build & RolloutOversee solution design (Entra ID integration, connectivity, architecture)Govern pilot deployment (acceptance criteria, testing, go/no-go)Manage mass rollout across Azure estate with progress tracking and reportingEnsure stable parallel run with CyberArk and defined rollback planDefine migration readiness and acceptance criteriaReadiness & EnablementDeliver training, runbooks, and operational documentationProduce CyberArk decommission and migration planManage stakeholder and end-user communicationsDeliver readiness reporting and facilitate go/no-go gate reviewsMigration Readiness & ClosureEnsure platform is live, stable, and ready for migrationDeliver audit evidence and confirm compliance closureComplete project handover (docs, RAID, decision log)Produce final closure report and formally close projectRequired ExperienceDelivery of PAM/IAM or security transformation programmesStrong experience in RFP, vendor selection, and POC deliveryCloud environments (Azure/AWS)Security frameworks (NIST, CIS, NIS2)Stakeholder, governance, and audit/compliance management
