b Overview /b p As Internal Audit Operations Manager, you will oversee the efficient running of the wider Internal Audit function in London, coordinating the audit plan, governance, and reporting processes. You will partner with senior Audit leadership to track delivery, prioritise initiatives, and identify process improvements. The role emphasises governance, MI, and resource/budget management, with a focus on improving ways of working within a professional, governance-driven team. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li coordinate and drive delivery of the audit plan /li li support strategic planning and Audit Committee reporting /li li manage governance and MI (management information) /li li oversee resource and budget planning and management /li li manage co-source arrangements and audit systems /li li track delivery across the function and monitor key priorities /li li identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working /li li support audit quality and methodology as part of the broader role /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li experience in Internal Audit operations, business management, planning/reporting or similar within financial services /li li strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills /li li ability to work closely with senior Heads of Audit /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li strong communication /li li organisation and planning /li li internal audit operations /li li governance and MI (management information) /li li resource and budget management /li /ul
