Regulatory Compliance Manager London (Hybrid: 3 office / 2 home)100,000 – 120,000 + benefits An international bank with a growing UK presence is looking for a seasoned Regulatory Compliance professional to join its London branch.
This is a visible role leading a small team and supporting senior management across regulatory advisory, compliance monitoring, and control testing.
You must have corporate banking/retail banking experience.
What You’ll Do ️Lead the regulatory advisory function and horizon scanning. ️Oversee the Compliance Monitoring Programme and internal control testing. ️Deputise for senior management across key committees. ️Build strong relationships with regulators and group stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For ️10+ years in Financial Services compliance (5+ in leadership). ️Strong PRA/FCA regulatory knowledge. ️Experience across retail and corporate banking.
