Practice Compliance & Facilities Supervisor London (West End) | Office-based (4/5 days/week)55,000 – 65,000 + benefits A well-established and highly regarded professional services firm is seeking a Practice Compliance & Facilities Supervisor to join its London office.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of compliance across a regulated accountancy practice, working directly with senior leadership to ensure the firm’s regulatory, operational, and physical environments meet the highest professional standards.
The Role You will play a central role in ensuring the firm remains compliant with all relevant regulatory frameworks, including ICAEW requirements, audit regulations, AML, GDPR, and broader governance standards.
Responsibilities include: Coordinating and supporting regulatory inspections and audits Translating regulatory requirements into robust internal controls and processes Monitoring compliance across the business and ensuring follow-up actions are completed Maintaining and reviewing firm-wide policies and governance frameworks Delivering internal training and promoting a strong compliance culture In addition, you will oversee the firm’s office environments, including facilities compliance, contractor coordination, and health & safety requirements.
This is a hands-on role requiring both attention to detail and a proactive, practical approach.
The Candidate You will have: Experience in compliance within a regulated professional services environment (accountancy preferred)Strong understanding of ICAEW regulations and practice assurance processes Experience supporting or coordinating external audits or inspections A methodical, detail-focused approach with the confidence to challenge where needed A proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of outcomes Exposure to facilities or operational compliance is advantageous but not essential.
