Our client, a leader in providing essential infrastructure services within the water sector, is currently seeking a Water Trainer to join their team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to deliver vital training programmes that help safeguard water supplies and improve environmental performance for future generations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering internal and accredited training across the contract, including SHEA Water and Water Hygiene
 - Expanding training into areas such as First Aid and Fire Safety
 - Conducting engaging training sessions in classroom, field, and virtual environments
 - Maintaining accurate training records and ensuring compliance with EUSR standards and legislation
 - Supporting competency-based training plans and assessing training effectiveness
 - Collaborating with internal teams to maintain EUSR certification
 - Staying current on training techniques to enhance programme quality and support business improvement
 - Promoting a culture of safety and development
 
Job Requirements:
- Experience working within an operational capacity on the water infrastructure network
 - Strong understanding of water sector health, safety, and environmental practices
 - Experience delivering accredited or internal technical training programs to adult learners
 - Experience with developing training plans
 - Willingness to travel to operational sites and client premises
 - Ability to conduct training in classroom, field, and virtual environments
 - Occasional work in active operational environments (e.g., treatment works, construction sites)
 - Strong IT skills e.g. Microsoft office
