Our client, a prominent energy company, is seeking a skilled Finance Manager for a contract position. Acting as a business partner to provide strategic, timely, and accurate advice to management and internal stakeholders on all aspects of technical accounting and structuring for large-scale projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with other off-shore developments, operational initiatives, restructuring, acquisitions, and divestments projects.
- Working within the accounting team to oversee the production of management accounts, statutory accounts, and technical accounting advice.
- Managing the financing of companies, cash management and planning, quarterly reporting to the group, and liaising with auditors and co-investors where appropriate.
Requirements:
