Specific duties of the Supply Chain Analyst include:
- Managing stock availability and performance to meet internal and customer targets
- Collaborating with key customers and suppliers to ensure smooth, on-time stock replenishment
- Leading range changes and supporting new product launches
- Forecasting demand monthly and planning for promotional events
- Identifying and resolving issues that affect stock efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Providing outstanding customer service through clear and timely communication
- Supporting the wider supply team with ad hoc tasks and analysis
Supply Chain Analyst applicants should meet the following criteria:
