Specification Sales Manager β HVAC / Fluid Flow Solutions Location: Ideally Midlands or Yorkshire (covering Midlands and North England region) Salary: Β£60,000 β Β£70,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Expenses Type: Full-Time, Permanent We\βre working with a global engineering manufacturer known for their market-leading, energy-efficient solutions in fluid-flow and HVAC systems. Their technology is used across major infrastructure projects including district energy schemes, data centres, and commercial design & build developments. They\βre now seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager to lead business development across the Midlands and North of England β targeting consultants, engineers, and contractors to position their product range as the Basis of Design (BoD) on major projects. The Role: Drive specification sales across key verticals including HVAC, heat exchange, pumps, and water distribution Influence consultants, M&E engineers and developers to secure early-stage product inclusion Target key projects and grow BoD inclusion from 15% towards 30% Deliver CPDs, attend industry events and drive brand awareness across the region Report into the UK Commercial Director with regular activity and pipeline reportingAbout You: Proven specification sales experience in relevant industries (e.g. pumps, HVAC, heat exchange, hydraulics) Technical capability to engage with engineering consultants on complex building systems Strong commercial acumen and experience influencing project specs at pre-tender stage Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/schematics Confident presenter and relationship builder Full UK driving licence requiredWhy Apply?
