National Accounts Manager – Consumer Healthcare Leader
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 Days WFH)

We’re representing a fast-growing, highly respected consumer healthcare brand with an impressive international footprint and a portfolio of category-leading products.
Due to continued expansion, they’re seeking an experienced National Accounts Manager to own and grow relationships with major UK grocery and pharmacy retailers. This is your chance to work with a brand known for innovation, lead high-profile partnerships, and deliver standout commercial results.
The Role
You’ll take full commercial responsibility for some of the business’s most important national accounts—from strategic joint business planning to high-impact promotional execution and successful new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic and day-to-day management of major national retail accounts
- Develop and deliver joint business plans with promotional and marketing campaigns
- Negotiate listing fees, margins, shelf space, and exclusivity agreements
- Ensure smooth supply chain flow with logistics and planning teams
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and category analysis
- Champion new product launches and identify new category growth opportunities
- Represent and protect the brand’s positioning across all retail channels
About You
- Degree educated (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record managing national accounts in grocery and/or pharmacy
- Strong grasp of category management and retail supply chains
- Skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and commercial insight
- Highly analytical with a strategic mindset
- Full UK driving licence
- Car allowance and personal bonus scheme
- Hybrid working (up to 2 days/week WFH)
