Our client, a prominent energy company, is seeking a skilled Finance Manager for a contract position. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within the dynamic and rapidly growing sector within the UK

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as a business partner to provide strategic, timely, and accurate advice to management and internal stakeholders on all aspects of technical accounting and structuring for large-scale projects
  • Assisting with other off-shore developments, operational initiatives, restructuring, acquisitions, and divestments projects
  • Working within the accounting team to oversee the production of management accounts, statutory accounts and technical accounting advice
  • Managing the financing of companies, cash management and planning, quarterly reporting to the group, and liaising with auditors and co-investors where appropriate
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in finance management within the energy sector
  • Strong understanding of technical accounting and structuring for large-scale projects
  • Proficiency in preparing and overseeing management accounts and statutory accounts
  • Ability to manage cash flow, financing, and planning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
