With operations across the UK and international markets, this is a fantastic chance to join a forward-thinking team in a role that offers real variety, responsibility, and career progression.\\n\\nAs Customer Supply Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the order-to-cash process for a set of key customers. You'll partner with commercial, planning, and logistics teams to ensure product availability, seamless fulfilment, and outstanding service levels.
It's a great opportunity to work with major national and international retailers, gaining exposure to a truly global supply chain.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nBuild strong relationships with customers, ensuring service performance supports joint business targets.\\n\\nCoordinate and execute supply and service plans that balance operational cost and service.\\n\\nAnalyse EPOS data and provide insights to planning teams to improve service and efficiency.\\n\\nManage supply chain administration, including product set-ups, promotional forms, pricing, and data integrity.\\n\\nOversee order management processes from entry through to invoicing, claims, and returns.\\n\\nMonitor KPIs such as OTIF, fill rates, and forecast accuracy, resolving issues proactively.\\n\\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise systems and processes.\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For\\n Essential:\\n\\nSolid understanding of supply chain and order fulfilment processes.\\n\\nExperience managing order accuracy, allocations, and timely fulfilment.\\n\\nStrong communication skills with a customer service mindset.\\n\\nAbility to work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Planning.\\n\\nProactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.\\n\\nDesirable:\\n\\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.\\n\\nDirect supply chain support to retailers, distributors, or key accounts.\\n\\nFamiliarity with inventory, stock management, and logistics coordination.\\n\\nFMCG or consumer goods sector experience.\\n\\nExposure to export / international order management.\\n\\nBenefits Include:\\n\\nCompetitive annual leave (24 days + bank holidays, rising with service).\\n\\nPrivate medical and dental cover.\\n\\nGenerous staff discount scheme.\\n\\nPension contributions and sick pay support.\\n\\nHealth & wellbeing programme.\\n\\nFree onsite parking & EV charging.\\n\\nEnhanced maternity/paternity leave.\\n\\nCompany events and charity days
