MULTI-SKILLED CONSTRUCTION / REFURBISHMENT OPERATIVE UK & Overseas Projects
Barclay LED Solutions Ltd is looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Construction / Refurbishment Operatives to support a growing portfolio of UK and overseas defence, modular construction and refurbishment projects.
We are particularly interested in practical tradespeople who can comfortably work across several areas of an internal fit-out rather than specialising in only one trade.
The work may initially be offered on a project, fixed-term or subcontract basis, with the potential for further UK and overseas opportunities depending on workload, performance and upcoming projects.
Typical Works
Projects may include:
Internal refurbishment and fit-out
Modular building installation and fit-out
Timber and metal stud partitions
Plasterboard installation
Suspended ceilings
Carpentry and joinery
Door and ironmongery installation
Flooring
Kitchen and unit installation
Basic plumbing and sanitaryware installation
Insulation
Decorating and finishing
Making good following M&E installations
Assisting specialist electrical and mechanical trades
Snagging and finishing works
We do not expect every applicant to be experienced in every item above. We are looking for people with a strong core trade and good experience across several additional areas.
We are particularly interested in genuinely multi-skilled people who can take ownership of refurbishment and internal fit-out works from start through to completion.
