Registered Nurse (RMN) - Bank - Care Home

As a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) at a Barchester care home, you’ll use your compassion and experience to help deliver the exceptional levels of care and support the organization is known for. You’ll provide the multi-disciplinary team with in-depth expertise on mental health to ensure residents get the most out of life. You’ll ensure each person’s needs are met and that they’re always treated with dignity and respect., You’ll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You’ll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
