Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Clinical Development Nurse to lead, support and continuously improve clinical governance and quality of care across nine care homes in Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, Northampton, Gosmore, Melbourn and St Peter in Jersey.
You will review monthly KPIs, develop practical strategies to meet regulations, mentor staff, organise training, and help recruit senior clinical staff.
Regular travel across regions is essential.
