About the Role

This is a casual, part‑time Bank Activities Coordinator role offering flexible working. You will help create a stimulating environment that supports residents, planning and delivering imaginative activities tailored to each resident's interests and abilities. You will work with residents and families to develop activity programmes that maximise wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

About You

You are warm, empathetic, personable and well organised, with a drive to get things done. You have enthusiasm, a creative approach and a passion for inspiring residents and staff to participate in activities both within the home and in the local community. Prior experience in activities or care is ideal but not essential; training will be provided.
