Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance for one of our care homes in Stamford Bridge. You’ll lead a maintenance team, keeping the building and grounds safe, clean and welcoming so residents feel at home and staff can perform their duties effectively.
With hands-on property maintenance experience and at least one trade skill, you’ll manage a range of tasks, liaise with contractors, and support the General Manager with annual budget planning.
