Barchester Healthcare is seeking a passionate and qualified Head Chef to lead kitchen and dining in our homes, delivering high standards and nutritious menus.
You will work 4/5 days a week with alternating weekends and have autonomy in menu creation and team development.
You will inspire a front of house team, manage budgets and stock, bake fresh items, and ensure HACCP and COSHH compliance while creating a warm, welcome environment for residents.
