Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance for one of our care homes in the UK. You’ll lead the maintenance team, manage day-to-day repairs, and ensure the building and gardens are well-kept to create a warm, safe environment for residents and staff.
The role requires hands-on property maintenance experience, at least one trade skill, a full UK driving licence, IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English.
