Required Experience and Qualifications
- BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within a technology, healthcare or social care regulated industry
- Experience analysing business requirements and preparing user stories and detailed acceptance criteria
- Experience defining end‑to‑end user journeys, workflows and business processes, and translating requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Ability to work with and influence senior users in a rapidly changing business environment
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Flexible to travel across the UK
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to understand and document current processes, pain points, root cause analysis, and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems
- Develop detailed “as‑is” and “to‑be” process maps, ensuring that proposed solutions align with organisational goals
- Lead the business with end‑to‑end thinking to enable a holistic view for digital transformation initiatives
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, testable, and traceable functional and non‑functional requirements
- Identify and evaluate innovative IT solutions to support initiatives
- Ensure that IT and innovation initiatives are delivered on time and within scope
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure successful communication and delivery

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000
