As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored care plans and provide detailed risk assessments
- Take clinical responsibility for delivering safe and effective nursing care
- Administer medicines safely and carefully, and monitor residents’ health
- Use professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions and provide high standards of care
About You
- Current NMC registration and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
- Dedicated, compassionate and person-centred in approach to nursing
