We are looking for a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support this region in increasing occupancy.

Responsibilities

  • Managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
  • Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
  • Representing Barchester and the state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
  • Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
  • Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
  • Respond to sales enquiries.
  • Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain a contacts database.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare (not essential).
  • Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
  • Self‑motivated and target driven.
  • Interpersonal and professional qualities.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Full UK driving licence.
