Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Bank Residential Senior Carer to join one of our care homes. You’ll lead a team of care staff, deliver person-centred care and support on shift while ensuring dignity and wellbeing for residents.
The role requires NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, proven leadership in a residential setting, and the ability to develop care plans, assess risks and liaise with GPs and families. Bank hours vary to cover leave and sickness.
