About the Role

Barchester Healthcare is looking for an outstanding Operational Trainer to co‑ordinate and deliver training against company objectives and training statistics. This role is paramount to delivering an excellent quality of care for our patients and residents and to maintain the safety of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a DLP Champion for homes and hospitals in your region, promote e‑learning, keep up to date with new developments and assist staff to access and complete their e‑learning.
  • Ensure homes and hospitals meet all induction, refresher, statutory and mandatory training standards, including:
  • Safeguarding (including MCA/DoLs)
  • Care Certificate completion
  • Customer Care
  • Equality

Regular travel and occasional overnight stays in the UK.
