A Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents to help deliver the quality care they deserve. Responsibilities include creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and delivering excellence across all tasks.
To join as a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will need current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. A dedicated and compassionate approach to nursing is essential.
