Barchester is seeking a Head of Maintenance for one of its care homes. You’ll ensure a clean, well-maintained environment that supports resident comfort and staff effectiveness, while overseeing tasks in buildings and grounds.
You’ll lead a small maintenance team, partner with the General Manager on budget planning, and coordinate with contractors for specialist works. Hands-on property maintenance experience, a driving licence, IT literacy and GCSEs are required.
