Barchester Healthcare is the market leader in providing quality residential and nursing care. We are looking for an experienced Regional Personal Assistant to support a thriving division. Working remotely from home/partly based in one of our homes dependent on location; you will be relied upon to provide invaluable administrative and diary support to the Directors. NEED TO HAVE
- Previous experience as a PA (desirable)
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and feels at ease with senior members of management
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise
- Ability to deal with large amounts of confidential information
NEED TO KNOW
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook Email & Calendars
- Diary and inbox management
NEED TO DO
- Timely and accurate diary and meeting management
- Collate weekly data for KPI reports
- Attending meetings and take minutes as required
- Book travel and accommodation for regional team members
- Manage and flag urgent emails
- Keep accurate annual leave records for General Managers of the homes your Directors cover
- Assist in the organisation of two Quality First Conferences per year
- Be a point of contact for the Divisional Executive Assistant during periods of annual leave, working in conjunction with the other Regional PA for the division
