As a Maintenance Assistant/Gardener at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the safe and attractive surroundings that enable us to give our residents the quality care and support they deserve. To join us as a Maintenance Assistant/Gardener, you'll need previous experience of maintenance and gardening.
