Hospital Director (RMN) - Mansfield ABOUT THE ROLE As a Hospital Director at a Barchester independent mental health hospital, you'll have the chance to really make a difference to the lives of the people you support, their families and your team members who are looking to develop their careers.

You'll use your leadership skills to deliver complex care for patients with long-term chronic or degenerative conditions.

For some patients, this means providing a long-term, stable environment and therapeutic care so they can return to a family home or community within two years.

For patients with more severe conditions, your role is about making their day-to-day lives as calm, secure and enjoyable as possible.

In this Hospital Director role, you'll balance budgets and develop strategies to implement person-centred care, as well as always find time for the patients in your care.

We'll give you excellent support on every level, including robust operations support, assistance with marketing and PR, recruitment, staffing and training, and other first-class resources.

ABOUT YOU Along with a wealth of management experience, you'll need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join us as a Hospital Director.
