At Barchester Healthcare, we are undergoing a significant period of growth and transformation, including the integration of newly acquired services into our established operating model. We are seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead the end to end transition strategy. This is a pivotal role within our transformation function, sitting at the heart of business and technology integration. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless transition across people, process, systems, and operations delivering Day 1 readiness and long-term operational stability.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Operations, Finance and Legal, you will bridge the gap between programme delivery and real-world operational impact, ensuring that change is implemented effectively, sustainably, and with minimal disruption. This is a remote role with UK-wide travel required.
