Barchester's rapidly expanding finance team has an opportunity for a Payment Agreement Assistant to join us on a permanent basis. This varied position involves supporting the Operational Finance Manager with:
- Processing payment agreements and Land Registry search requests
- Updating all financial databases and company systems to ensure current and accurate information
This is a remote position, with occasional travel for meetings and training.
Requirements:
- GCSE in Maths and English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Support the Operational Finance Team to achieve targets and support the business's success
- Undertake Land Registry and Zoopla valuation searches and prepare property finance check templates
- Obtain necessary information to complete property finance checks
- Process payment agreement requests
- Research to determine if residents/customers meet scheme requirements
- Ensure debt security through payment and settlement agreements
- Monitor active Payment and Settlement Agreements
