Peripatetic Home Services Advisor - Kettering Salary 40k plus commission This role will be covering two sites - Elm Bank Care home and Brampton View Care Home Barchester are recruiting a Peripatetic Home Services Advisor to join our fantastic team.
We are looking for a friendly sales professional with a healthcare background who will support stunning homes across the division to increase occupancy.
This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first-class care home.

This role will involve regular travel and time away from home during the week.

NEED TO DO: Represent Barchester and our state of the art homes in a friendly and professional manner.
Responsible for all sales activity for a number of care homes.
Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the homes.
Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
Respond to sales enquiries.
Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
Maintain a contacts database.
