As an Activities Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to ensure our residents can enjoy an environment that is motivational and fulfilling. The Activities Assistant role involves helping us to deliver an entertainment and activities programme that covers a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings and events. Put simply, you’ll help every resident to live as independently as possible and enhance their involvement with their family, friends and the local community.

You don’t need any specific experience to join us as an Activities Assistant, so you could come from any background.
