As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll make sure we have a clean and well‑maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere is part of our commitment to delivering first‑class care and support.

The wellbeing of our residents will be your number one priority. You'll make sure all work is carried out with sensitivity to their needs. With hands‑on experience of property maintenance, you'll have at least one trade skill and, ideally, a proven ability to undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks. You should be reliable and flexible when it comes to your working hours. This role also calls for a full UK driving licence, IT literacy and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
