Responsibilities
- Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Assist the Head Chef with menu development and creation of nutritious, flavoursome dishes.
- Work with fresh produce to deliver high‑quality, wholesome meals.
- Create a warm, efficient and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
- Check staff compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
- Maintain stock control, manage the inventory and conduct regular audits.
- Work within the allocated budget.

Qualifications
