As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll ensure a clean and well-maintained environment, allowing residents to feel at home and staff to effectively perform their duties. Your role will involve a variety of maintenance tasks, from fixing issues within the care home to maintaining the gardens. You should be comfortable working alone as well as leading a team. You'll support the General Manager with budget planning and liaise with contractors for specialized tasks.
