As Head of Housekeeping at a Barchester care home, you will:
- lead a team of housekeeping staff,
- take a hands‑on approach and actively participate in day‑to‑day cleaning,
- maintain every room and living space to the highest standard, and
- motivate and inspire your team to deliver excellent care.
About You
- Experience in housekeeping within a care home, hospital or hotel, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- A caring nature, good communication skills, and the ability to work closely with staff, residents and their relatives.
